Ingredient list
- ½ tsp of olive oil
- 65 gr of parsnip
- 35 gr of carrot
- 65 gr of potato
- 10 gr of chicken breast
- 4 sprig(s) of tarragon
Step by step recipe
- Peel, wash and cut the parsnips, carrots and potatoes into small 1cm cubes.
- Cut the chicken breast into small 1cm cubes.
- Place the parsnip in the steamer basket.
- Put the chicken breast in the steamer basket.
- Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
- Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Place the tarragon leaves in the blender bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
