Chicken and its Strange Carrots

Ingredient list

  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 65 gr of parsnip
  • 35 gr of carrot
  • 65 gr of potato
  • 10 gr of chicken breast
  • 4 sprig(s) of tarragon

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel, wash and cut the parsnips, carrots and potatoes into small 1cm cubes.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small 1cm cubes.
  3. Place the parsnip in the steamer basket.
  4. Put the chicken breast in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  11. Place the tarragon leaves in the blender bowl.
  12. Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
