Ingredients
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 145g asparagus, cut in half (about 1 bundle)
- 55g potato, cubed (about 1 small)
- 30g cod, deboned and cubed
Instructions
- Trim asparagus ends. Peel the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and wash. If they are too big, split them in half, otherwise leave them as is and cut them into 3 cm pieces.
- Peel, wash and cut the potato into small 1 cm cubes.
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Put the potato, asparagus and cod in the steam basket.
- Pour water into the tank on level 3 (15 minutes of steam cook time) and press the steam button.
- Reserve and set aside the cooking liquid.
- Transfer the contents of the steam basket in the blending bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blending bowl.
- Add back some of the reserved cooking liquid depending on your desired texture.
- Hit the puree button to blend the contents of the bowl.
