Ingredients
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 145g asparagus, cut in half (about 1 bundle)
  • 55g potato, cubed (about 1 small)
  • 30g cod, deboned and cubed

Instructions
  1. Trim asparagus ends. Peel the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and wash. If they are too big, split them in half, otherwise leave them as is and cut them into 3 cm pieces.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the potato into small 1 cm cubes.
  3. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  4. Put the potato, asparagus and cod in the steam basket.
  5. Pour water into the tank on level 3 (15 minutes of steam cook time) and press the steam button.
  6. Reserve and set aside the cooking liquid.
  7. Transfer the contents of the steam basket in the blending bowl.
  8. Pour the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  9. Add back some of the reserved cooking liquid depending on your desired texture.
  10. Hit the puree button to blend the contents of the bowl.
  11. Serve and let baby enjoy. Bon appétit!
