Baby's First Steak Puree

Who doesn't love a steak dinner? This iron and protein packed puree is perfect for baby's first tastes of steak.

Ingredients : 

  • 1/2 knob butter 

  • 75g green beans 

  • 75g carrot 

  • 25g rice 

  • 10g ground steak 

 

 Step by Step Recipe

  1. Place rice in rice cocker with 45ml water. 

  1. Pour water into the bowl (level 3) and start cooking.  

  1. Wash the fresh green beans thoroughly in vinegar water without soaking 

  1. Trim by hand and cut into 3 to 4 cm lengths. 

  1. Peel the carrot, wash and slice thinly.  

  1. Place the carrot in the steamer basket.  

  1. Place the green beans in the steamer basket.  

  1. Cut the chopped steak into small pieces 

  1. Place the chopped steak in the steamer basket.  

  1. Pour water into the steamer (level 3) and start cooking.  

  1. Reserve the cooking juices 

  1. Place the contents of the basket in the bowl.  

  1. Put the rice in the bowl.  

  1. Put the knob of butter in the bowl.  

  1. Add some of the cooking juices, depending on the desired texture.  

  1. Mix the contents of the bowl.
