45g bell bell pepper

45g cucumber

Step by Step Recipe:

Place 45g tomato (seedless) cut into 1cm cubes in the steamer basket.

Place 45g bell bell pepper (seedless) cut into 1cm cubes in the steamer basket.

Place 45g of peeled cucumber, cut into 1cm cubes, in the steamer basket.

Pour water into the steamer (max level) and start steaming.

Remove the steam basket and reserve the cooking juices.

Place the contents of the basket in the bowl.

Add 11/2 tbsp olive oil to the bowl.

Add 15ml cooking juice to the bowl.

Blend the contents of the bowl.
