Petit-Suisse Apple Apricot Puree

Mornings just got sweeter! Try this petit-suisse puree (a French staple) next time you need some breakfast inspo. Petit-suisse might not be in every grocery store, you can also look for the brand petit-pot or use regular greek yogurt if you cannot find this French classic. 

Petit-Suisse Apple Apricot Puree

Cooking time: 18 min 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 petit-suisse 

  • 120g apple 

  • 65g dried apricot 

 

Step by Step Recipe: 

  1. Peel the apple, wash it, cut it in half and remove the seeds. 

  1. Cut into 1cm cubes. 

  1. Place the apple in the steamer basket.  

  1. Place the dried apricots in the steamer basket.  

  1. Pour water into the steamer (level 2) and start steaming. 

  1. Place the contents of the basket in the bowl. 

  1. Place the petit-suisse in the bowl.  

  1. Blend the contents.
